Master Pruettiron Nanthawowat is a Thai percussionist, composer, music educator, and international drum instructor with more than fifteen years of experience. A graduate of Kasetsart University with a Master’s degree in Music Composition, he is known for combining technical command, creative expression, and real-world performance experience across jazz and contemporary music.

Biography
Master Pruettiron Nanthawowat is an accomplished Thai percussionist, composer, and music educator whose work bridges performance, composition, ensemble leadership, and international teaching practice. He holds a Master’s degree in Music Composition from Kasetsart University, where he developed a strong foundation in musical structure, creative thinking, and contemporary sound.
Recognized for combining technical mastery with expressive musicianship, Master Pruettiron has built his career through both performance and education. His work as a percussionist reflects not only rhythmic precision and control, but also a deep understanding of color, groove, interaction, and the role of rhythm in shaping the energy of an ensemble.
As a core member of the acclaimed Dr. Pathorn and Kitssewi Jazz Collective, he has performed extensively on the international stage, taking part in jazz festivals and cultural events across Europe, Africa, and Asia. His performance experience includes appearances in countries such as Denmark, Russia, Sweden, and Mozambique, giving him a broad artistic perspective shaped by cross-cultural collaboration and live performance in diverse musical environments.
With more than fifteen years of experience as an international drum instructor and music director, Master Pruettiron has contributed actively to the development of jazz and contemporary music education.
