The Selection Process
01. Application
Submit your artistic background, experience, and intent. This is your first introduction — not just who you are, but who you aim to become.
02. Artistic Assessment
Candidates are evaluated through performance, technical ability, musicality, and mindset. We assess not only skill — but readiness for the stage.
03. Tier Placement
Each accepted artist is placed into a tier that reflects their current level and potential — ensuring the right environment for growth and performance.
