Passakorn "Mint" Morasilpin is a Bangkok-born saxophonist and jazz musician whose professional career began at the age of 15. A versatile performer, recording artist, and member of The Infinity, he brings deep stage experience across jazz, fusion, and contemporary performance.

Biography
Passakorn "Mint" Morasilpin, a native of Bangkok, Thailand, is a highly accomplished musician who embarked on his professional career at the young age of 15. He gained early recognition performing with the JRP Little Bigband at renowned venues such as Brown Sugar Pub and Saxophone Pub, as well as various hotels and jazz establishments.
Passakorn's passion for music led him to pursue a Classical Saxophone education at The Mahidol College of Music during his pre-college years. Subsequently, he earned a Bachelor's degree in Jazz Studies from The Silpakorn University on a full scholarship. Throughout his academic journey, he had the privilege of studying under the guidance of esteemed mentors including Nick Lafleur, Roger Greenberg, Shuichi Komiyama, Pisut Pratheepasean, Jakob Dinesen, and Tony Lakatos.
His exceptional talent has granted him opportunities to collaborate with prominent Thai artists such as Neung Jakkawal, ETC, Mellow Motif, and many others, showcasing his skills as a versatile sideman. Additionally, Passakorn has shared the stage with renowned international musicians such as Bob James, Inger Marie, Lewis Pragasam, Simone Kopmajer, Ulf Wakenius, Malene Mortensen, Jakob Dinesen, Mokhtar Samba, and John Di Martino. His performances have taken him to various countries including the United States, Japan, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Macau, Taiwan, and, of course, his home country, Thailand.
In 2007, Passakorn joined forces with the legendary Thai fusion jazz band "The Infinity," marking a significant milestone in his career. As a member of the band, he contributed to their debut albums "The Infinity 10" and "Jazz Corners All Stars feat. Bob James." This collaboration showcased Passakorn's ability to seamlessly blend genres and explore the depths of fusion jazz.
Passakorn's musical accomplishments extend beyond his performances. He released his debut solo album, "My Diary," in 2013, followed by "The Diary II" in 2014 and "Foliage Diary III" in 2016 receiving critical acclaim. Notably, he achieved the 3rd Prize distinction in a prestigious competition held in 2014, further solidifying his position as a remarkable saxophonist.
Passakorn dedication to his craft and his unwavering commitment to musical excellence have positioned him as a respected figure in the jazz community. His talent, coupled with his extensive experience and accolades, continues to captivate audiences worldwide.
