Nipaporn “Ma-Meow” Wongaka is a Thai double bassist, music teacher, and freelance musician. A First-Class Honors graduate of the College of Music, Rangsit University, she currently serves as an Assistant Instructor at the College of Music, Rangsit University, and performs with the RSU Symphony Orchestra.

Biography

Nipaporn “Ma-Meow” Wongaka is a Thai double bassist, music teacher, and freelance musician. She graduated with First-Class Honors from the College of Music, Rangsit University, where she studied double bass under Sukol Sirisak, widely known as P’Bobby. From 2021 to 2025, she was a member of the Thai Youth Orchestra, gaining valuable orchestral experience and developing a strong foundation in ensemble performance. She currently serves as an Assistant Instructor at the College of Music, Rangsit University, and performs as a double bassist with the RSU Symphony Orchestra. In addition to her academic and orchestral work, Ma-Meow has performed with the 159 Chamber Orchestra and continues to work actively as a freelance musician. Her musical practice combines teaching, ensemble collaboration, and professional performance, with a focus on developing young musicians through disciplined technique and strong musical understanding.
