Chitipat "Song" Walyasurakul, known artistically as SØNG CHITIPAT, is a guitarist, songwriter, solo artist, and session musician with broad experience across modern rock, metal, pop, live touring, and studio recording. As a former guitarist of Defying Decay from 2019 to 2023, Song performed on international tours across Russia, the United States, Japan, Southeast Asia, and Europe, and appeared at major events including Hammersonic Festival 2023. His recording credits include work connected with Clouds, Debris guitar solo part, the live album LHRTG91, and recording work for Synthetic Sympathy by Defying Decay. Beyond Defying Decay, Song is also the guitarist and songwriter of Hopeless, with works including Yang Mai Tai and Jom. As a solo artist, he has released music such as Samer (Timezone) and Maew Dam Kub Tawan, and has also contributed to Juliet’s Lips through the Mutual music project. His professional experience includes session work for Sakda Inca and Weiwei The Voice.
