Chinnakit Bairatree

Chinnakit “Kru Bank” Bairatree is a dedicated drum kit instructor and music educator with broad experience in classroom teaching, private instruction, competition coaching, ensemble performance, and multicultural artistic exchange. From 2021 to 2026, Kru Bank taught at Interkids Bilingual School, Nimitmai Campus, where he provided Western and Thai music instruction for students from Kindergarten 1 through Grade 6. He also offered private music lessons for learners from Kindergarten 1 through Grade 12, adapting his teaching approach to suit different ages, abilities, and learning goals. Between 2019 and 2025, he taught at Kru Wichian Music School, specializing in beginner-to-intermediate drum kit instruction. He previously served as a drum kit instructor at KPN Music Academy, Suk-Anan Park, Saraburi, from 2018 to 2019 and obtained KCI certification at Green Card level. In 2026, Kru Bank joined Asia Music Academy as a drum kit instructor, continuing his work in developing students’ rhythmic accuracy, coordination, musical understanding, and stage confidence. Kru Bank has also demonstrated strong ability as a competition coach. In 2025, he prepared a young student for the International Music Talent Competition, where the student earned a Silver Medal in the Solo Drum Kit category for ages six to seven. As a performer, Kru Bank was a member of the Valaya Alongkorn Rajabhat University under the Royal Patronage Marching Band. He participated in a Concert Band Competition in the under-25 category, where the ensemble received a Silver Medal. He also received Second Place in a Contemporary Music Band Competition at Lampang Rajabhat University and has performed contemporary music at the Center for Arts and Culture. In March 2024, Kru Bank was selected to participate in India’s Biggest Event: International Folklore Dance Fest 2.0, an international folklore and cultural exchange programme held in the Republic of India. The programme brought together artists and cultural representatives from different countries through performance and artistic exchange. Kru Bank’s teaching emphasizes clear foundations, steady progression, practical musicianship, and an enjoyable learning environment. He supports each student in developing reliable technique while gaining the confidence to perform individually and as part of an ensemble.
