Arucha Treeratpijarn

Arucha “Kru Beach” Treeratpijarn is an experienced music teacher, percussionist, and ensemble director specializing in drum set, percussion, classroom music education, and youth ensemble development. Kru Beach earned a Bachelor of Arts from the College of Music at Bansomdejchaopraya Rajabhat University, majoring in Jazz Drum Set, and is currently pursuing a Master of Education in Music Education at the same university. With more than five years of teaching experience, Kru Beach has worked with children across a wide range of age groups and school levels. The teaching approach combines strong musical foundations with engaging activities tailored to each student’s age, ability, and learning environment. Kru Beach served as a full-time music teacher at Phraharuthai Donmuang School for three years. Responsibilities included designing and managing the school’s music curriculum, developing lesson plans, organizing classroom activities, and directing school bands and ensembles. Kru Beach also has experience establishing, rehearsing, and directing youth ensembles, including string combinations and melodica bands for school performances and special events. This work reflects a strong ability to develop teamwork, listening skills, rhythmic awareness, confidence, and stage discipline among young musicians. Additional teaching experience includes a one-year student-teaching placement at Bansomdej Demonstration School, as well as instructional roles at Yamaha Music Institute under Siam Kolkarn, KPN Music Academy, and D-Music Academy. Kru Beach is skilled in instructional design and curriculum development, with particular strength in adapting educational content for different grade levels. Lessons are structured to support technical development, musical understanding, creativity, collaboration, and enjoyment. Through a combination of performance knowledge and academic training in music education, Kru Beach aims to create an encouraging and well-organized learning environment in which every student can participate, progress, and develop a lasting connection with music.
